1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Divy Destination website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Divy Destination's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

6. Booking Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the travel date for a full refund
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before travel date will receive 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before travel date are non-refundable
• Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion

7. Liability and Assumption of Risk

Adventure activities and mountain travel involve inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility. We recommend travel insurance for all bookings.

8. Health and Fitness Requirements

Participants must be in reasonable physical health. We recommend consulting a doctor before booking mountain activities. Pregnant women and persons with serious health conditions should avoid high-altitude treks.

9. Identification and Documentation

All participants must carry valid identification (Passport/Aadhar/PAN). Permits and passes are the responsibility of the participant. We will assist in obtaining required permits, but the cost is additional.

10. Payment Terms

Payment must be received before the trip. We accept bank transfers, online payments, and credit/debit cards. A non-refundable booking fee of 10% is charged upon confirmation.

11. Limitation of Modifications

The materials appearing on Divy Destination's website may be modified without notice. Divy Destination does not commit to updating these materials.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand.
